Refund policy
Returns: We do not accept returns at this time.
Damages and issues: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your item is scanned into the shipper's system, we are no longer responsible for your package. Please contact me and I will help you file a claim or file a claim on your behalf. Please contact me within 5 business days of your order delivery if you are missing items or the package is damaged in any way. We are NOT responsible for damaged products that are damaged during transit. Once your package is scanned into the shipper's system, we assume no liability. Please take pictures of the damaged product and the packaging as well. USPS we will file a claim on your behalf. UPS requires that all damage claims be inspected including the box and products. We will file a claim on your behalf and UPS may contact you to setup a time to inspect the packaging and products or pick up the package.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Refunds
Because we do not accept returns, we also do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, if you have any issues, please contact me and I will attempt to resolve the situation.
